I know it's a real pain for some people to read about why a certain author was not writing for a while, but I'm going to explain the break in my posting. First off, I was really getting into developing the new sites design, that I kept thinking in my head "No worries, I can just simply post when the design is done.". This of course, did not happen, as the design is not yet done. I'm really trying to put my stamp on design, and showing a real step in my development skills. If I'm to be a part of such upcoming projects as Effuse (beta), Affectus and others, then I really need to prove myself to you. Basically, I am putting a lot of work into it.
Another reason I haven't been around is I was desperately trying to dual boot with Windows XP and Fedora Core 3. I got Fedora working, but it killed my XP install, and I spent the better part of two days partitioning, formatting, installing, and formatting. Thanks to Greg (w00t!) who came by and really helped me put the computer back in shape. I bow to your knowledge.
And now it's really time for me to go to sleep, as I need to bust my ass at work and prove I belong there. Oh, and a happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian readers out there (I know all 3 of you), and yes I know I'm late.
Afterthought: Oh, and then there is that $105 speeding ticket... but that's another story.
