After working out some phpBB bugs on the new server, we finally have the Effuse Forum working as it should, although it's not using a custom style template (yet). We're looking forward to building a community of web developers who are interested in, know, or develop web standards. We want to be able to help out new designers learn XHTML, and teach established developers how to switch to validated code. We are looking towards our goal of becoming a choice to share and develop with other developers like you.
Effuse is a group of web developers who believe in and practice web standards in their everyday web work, and would like to share that practice with the world, to help develop a more accessible web. How great would it be with accessibility all around? How wonderful would it be if you could use any browser, and view a site the same way? We are striving towards that.
With a community like Effuse here, we can be the support to help you or allow you to help others learn XHTML, CSS, and how to develop your site for the best in looks, and in validation. I hope that visitors of my site will sign up, and participate in building a dedicated web standards community forum.
