The last week or so I've been diving in headfirst into Jezz trying to make sure I learn everything I can, and even starting to dabble back into the PHP. I would love to be able to get some dynamic content pages going, and a real design for the gallery, as I feel it should become a major part of the site. There is no better way to keep my thoughts organized then online, and in a list, so I'm going to post this here as my plan for the next 4 months of development for JezzJournal.
- New Menu System For Major Site Components - I'm thinking of adding a menu system under the existing header for major components, ie) Gallery, JezzInfo, Projects etc.
- Develop New Site Components - Maybe some new sections, like articles, my toys, and mystartpage.
- Tweak and Continue To Develop Design - Always room for improvement.
- Browser Friendly URLs - /jezzinfo/ - /gallery/ - /projects/ - etc.
- Text Size Switcher / Colour Switcher - For those who don't like the default.
- Upgrade Wordpress - Upgrade to .80 when it release
Those are the major developments I can think of, and if you check back on this list, I will keep it updated with what has been done, and anything I would like to get done. Leave your thoughts on any other ideas you think might fit this humble site.
Also: Big thanks going out to Dave S. for linking to my little debate, and also thank you to anyone who left their mark!
